Full job description: Tour Coordinator


Zoni Tour Coordinators experience planning and executing a variety of tours, excursions, and other travel experiences and will have the ability to determine the best itinerary for each trip while working with the group leader. They provide information about local attractions, history, culture, etc. They are responsible for the educational study tours and quality, training, and development of the tours.

Position Overview:
• Providing overall coordination and management of Educational Tours
• Coordinating from the front – fully responsible for results, teams, budgeting, and growth strategies in your markets
• Analyze local market needs and adapt strategies accordingly
• Forge relationships with wider community
• Maintain strong communication with hotels in local areas where tours and events are organized
• Collaborate, coordinate, and work together with high performing educational consultants' teams
• Regular correspondence with organizations Sales and Marketing Offices
• Manage a mailing list and database
• Follow-up with events after their conclusion to ensure student satisfaction
• Communicate via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings

In-person

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience coordinating group tours to different destinations
  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Experience with event logistics and sales
  • Familiarity with the local business community highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
    Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated writing ability. Ability to advise and provide solutions to problems faced by a diverse student population.

Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
